LINDA GECZI, A UNIQUELY-QUALIFIED HOME INSPECTOR
Linda is one of only a few female inspectors in New Jersey and offers her clients a background that makes her uniquely qualified for the job. Her educational background includes a Master's Degree in Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and she has worked for top major engineering firms around the country.
This background has given her an eye for detail and mind for processes and systems. Linda was trained in home inspection in 2004 at the time when the rules and requirements were most stringent for home inspectors to become licensed, with the longest hours of training and apprenticeship requirements. She has performed almost three thousand inspections, residential and commercial, and received many accolades from clients, realtors and attorneys. In fact in many cases home sellers, realtors and attorneys hire her for their own inspections on their new homes, after having seen her work.
Linda is patient and takes her time with the client, explaining how systems work and educates them. She maintains her outstanding professionalism while putting her clients at ease with her personable and friendly attitude.
She is on the Education Committee of NJ ALPHI, Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors and helps train other professionals so they can maintain their continuing education requirements. She is also a member of NACHI, Certified Licensed Home Inspectors in New Jersey.
